The following self-assessment will help you perform a basic evaluation of how consistently your organization is Selecting The Best Projects that generate the greatest benefits. The goal of this exercise is to translate learning into action. The following rating scale can be used to diagnose which aspects of your sustainability program require the most attention:

Self-Assessment Rating Scale

  • 5 – No action required
  • 3 or 4 – Opportunity for improvement
  • 2 or 1 – Significant effort is required

At the conclusion of each section is a space for capturing notes on the opportunities identified, which will serve as a valuable reference point for future action planning.
